Coconut scrubber sponges are a practical plastic-free alternative for everyday cleaning around the home. Made from natural vegetable cellulose, waste wood pulp and coconut shell and husk fibres, they combine a firm coir surface for tougher jobs with a gentle touch suitable for cups and glasses.
Use these natural scrubber sponges on dishes, benchtops, sinks, tubs, bathrooms and other household surfaces. The coconut coir fibres help tackle stubborn dirt and grime without scratching or damaging suitable surfaces.
The sponges are made using natural latex glue and contain no plastic. They are naturally antibacterial, 100% biodegradable and home compostable, making them a useful choice for a more sustainable cleaning routine. The materials are sustainably sourced and renewable, with FSC and ISO 14001 certification.
The sponges come unpackaged to help minimise unnecessary packaging. When a sponge becomes particularly dirty or develops an odour, place it in the dishwasher with your next load to clean it and help extend its useful life. Allow it to dry thoroughly between uses.
