Welcome to Farmhouse Trading! By purchasing a product through our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions, which are legally binding. Please take the time to read them carefully before making your purchase.

Contact Details and Payment Information

To complete a purchase, customers must provide their contact details, including their full name, phone number, email address, and any other requested information. Customers warrant that the payment details they provide are valid, correct, and belong to them.

Coupons and Discounts

Coupon codes are only valid for retail orders placed online and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Discounts are only valid when the order is processed through our online checkout. Discount codes, loyalty coupons, or reductions are not valid on the purchase of gift cards. However, if you have a valid gift card, it can be used with any promotional discounts available at the time of gift card redemption. Discounts cannot be credited or edited post-checkout.

Privacy

Farmhouse Trading values and respects your privacy. We treat all personal information as confidential, and we will not distribute it to third parties. Your personal details will be kept safe, secure, and confidential on a private database for Farmhouse Trading use only.

Payments

We accept payment using Shop Pay, Credit Card, or Google Pay for online retail shoppers. We do not accept cheques, cash, or money orders. All payments are processed at the point of order. Please ensure that your contact details are correct when placing an order so that we can get in touch if there are any issues.

Shipping Address and Failed Deliveries

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that they have entered their shipping address correctly. In the event that a buyer submits an incorrect or undeliverable address, provides an incorrect address that is accepted by someone other than themselves, or fails to collect their parcel from their post office within a suitable time, the error is the buyer's responsibility. If the parcel is returned to us, the buyer is responsible for paying any onward shipping fees to have the parcel resent or sent to an amended address. If the parcel is unable to be returned to us, the buyer will not qualify for a refund.

Currency

All product prices, shipping prices, and payment transactions on the Farmhouse Trading website are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD).

GST and Taxes All products bought on the Farmhouse Trading website include GST. Products shipped internationally may attract customs duties and taxes. It is your responsibility to pay any additional customs duties and taxes on the delivery of your products.

Customer Service Farmhouse

Trading is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We make every effort to ensure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and that pricing is true and correct. You will receive an order confirmation email and invoice via email once your order has been received. Standard delivery timeframes are between 3-4 business days, pending availability and payment authorization. If an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfill your order, we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder, or a full refund. Our customer service team will contact you if the product you have selected is not currently in stock.

Cancellations

Please choose carefully. Once an order is submitted, we are unable to change or cancel the order. We do not give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision.

Resale or Commercial Use

Unless prior approval has been granted, our products are not for resale or commercial use.
