Shipping policy

We offer shipping not only within Australia but also to the United States. Here is our order processing and dispatching policy:

**For the best chance of receiving your order before Christmas, please place your order before Friday, 12 December 2025 for Regular Post & Weds 17 December for Express Post**
While we’ll do our best, pre-Christmas delivery cannot be guaranteed.

If your items are in stock, we will dispatch your order within 3-4 working days of receiving payment. We ship orders from Monday to Friday, except on public holidays.

All orders are shipped from our facility, The Farmhouse, located at 15 Cochranes Road, Moorabbin, 3189, Victoria.

At checkout, you have the option to select "Pick Up"—your items will be available for collection the next business day after midday from our Moorabbin location.

If you choose "Ship", we’ll carefully pack and post your items via Australia Post, and you’ll receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

Australian Shipping

For Australian orders, we ship via Australia Post, and delivery rates are based on the weight of your order. Regular post usually takes 3 to 8 working days to arrive.

International Shipping (U.S Only)

We offer international shipping to the United States, which is also shipped via Australia Post. Delivery times for international orders are generally between 6-27 business days, depending on your location and any customs processing time.

Please note that international orders may be subject to additional taxes, customs duties, and fees, which are levied once the package reaches your country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer, and we are unable to estimate their costs. Please check with your local customs office for more information.

Summary

Please note that Farmhouse Trading is not responsible for any lost or unlocatable goods, but we will help you track your parcel upon request. Also, we are not liable for items not collected from a collection point within the allocated pick-up time frame. In case of failure to collect and the goods are shipped back to our warehouse, the buyer is responsible for any onward shipping costs.
