Order Processing

We aim to dispatch your order within 1–2 business days of receiving payment.

Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding Victorian public holidays.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email with your Australia Post tracking number.

Australian Shipping

We ship Australia-wide using Australia Post.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the size and weight of your order.

As a general guide, Australia Post delivery usually takes approximately 3–8 business days after dispatch, although delivery times can vary depending on your location and Australia Post's network.

Local Pickup – Gippsland

If you're local to Gippsland, free pickup is available from Neerim South.

You'll be able to select the pickup option at checkout, and we'll contact you when your order is ready for collection.

Neerim South Post Office can also be arranged as a convenient pickup point.

Tracking & Delivery

All shipped orders receive tracking information.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct when placing your order.

If your parcel is delayed or appears to be missing, please contact us and we'll assist you with tracking it through Australia Post.
